We envision a world where health is approached through a harmonious blend of ancient wisdom and modern science. We provide a safe and nurturing space for individuals, couples, families and communities seeking deeper healing—one that honors the interconnectedness of physical, mental, spiritual and environmental health.
Co-Owned by Sujatha Reddy and Madison Madden, Ayumind is a woman-owned wellness sanctuary where every client’s journey is sacred. Together, we bring over 40 years of combined experience in Classical Ayurveda, Mental Health, Yoga, and Integrative Care.
At Ayumind, we believe in the seamless integration of ‘Ayu’ (life) and ‘Mind’ (the psyche), reflecting our approach to holistic health. We address mental health issues clinically while incorporating Ayurvedic practices to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual harmony.
We integrate both Eastern and Western practices in a way that honors the wisdom of both. Our mission is to equip our clients with the tools to truly live in balance while we navigate the meaningful and mysterious experience of being uniquely human.
Ayumind was born at the meeting point of two journeys — one rooted in India, the home of Ayurveda, the other in the mountains of Colorado.
Sujatha grew up immersed in the traditions of Ayurveda, becoming an Ayurvedic Vaidya (traditional Ayurvedic physician, trained in India) and later a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in integrative mental health therapies. Madison, raised in the fast-paced and compartmentalized world of the West, found healing through Ayurveda after facing chronic health challenges as a young person and chose to devote her life’s work to helping others heal through its wisdom.
From opposite sides of the world, we came to the same truth: deep, lasting wellness comes from honoring the whole — mind, body, spirit, and environment.
At Ayumind, we offer a holistic path forward for healing and an intention of continuing to deepen our relationship to these traditions and the communities that we serve. Our stories are different, but our mission is shared: to help others find true wellness, lasting transformation, reconnection with Nature, and the remembrance of our innate wholeness.
This is our living prayer.
