10-Week Virtual Group Program · Mon & Thu · 6-8 PM · Begins September 28, 2026

Integrative Enhanced Outpatient Program

Where insight becomes embodied.

THE PROGRAM

A structured 10-week experience designed for meaningful change.

The I-EOP combines evidence-based psychotherapy with integrative therapies, allowing participants to build insight, develop new skills, and apply those skills in everyday life. Participants move through the program together as one supportive cohort -- building trust, accountability, and community along the way.

Program Length

10 Weeks -- One cohesive experience beginning September 28, 2026.

Weekly Schedule

Mondays & Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 PM (Mountain Time). No groups Thanksgiving Day.

Small Cohorts

8-12 participants -- Intentionally small so every participant feels known, supported, and actively engaged.

100% Virtual

Attend from home through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Weekly individual therapy is an important part of treatment. Participants are welcome to continue with their current therapist -- with written permission, we're happy to collaborate to support continuity of care. If you don't currently have a therapist, we can help connect you with an Ayumind clinician. Individual therapy is billed separately through insurance and is not included in I-EOP tuition.

WHY AYUMIND

We don't just help you understand yourself. We help you transform insight into lived experience.

Traditional therapy begins by helping us understand ourselves. We identify patterns, process difficult experiences, and develop language for emotions that once felt overwhelming. This work matters.

But many people eventually reach a frustrating realization: "I know why I do this -- so why do I keep doing it?"

The answer isn't a lack of insight. Many of the ways we respond to stress, relationships, trauma, and anxiety are held not only in our thoughts, but in patterns within the body and nervous system. Lasting change requires new experiences that help the nervous system discover safety, flexibility, and new ways of responding.

That's why Ayumind combines evidence-based psychotherapy with integrative approaches -- mindfulness, somatic regulation, yoga-informed movement, expressive arts therapies, and Ayurveda-informed lifestyle practices -- to bridge the gap between knowing and becoming.

WHO WE SERVE

Designed for adults ready to actively participate in their healing.

The I-EOP is designed for adults who are ready to move beyond surviving and begin cultivating a more grounded, connected, and intentional way of living.

Many participants come to us because they:

  • Need more support than weekly therapy alone
  • Are stepping down from a higher level of care
  • Want continued structure after completing treatment
  • Have gained insight but struggle to apply it during moments of stress
  • Want practical tools to improve emotional well-being and daily functioning
  • Are looking for a whole-person approach to healing

Above all, our participants share one thing: they're ready to actively participate in their own healing.

This program is a good fit if you are:

  • Looking for structured support, accountability, and community
  • Able to continue living at home, working, or attending school
  • Ready to practice new skills in everyday life
This program is not designed for individuals who require crisis stabilization, inpatient treatment, medically supervised detox, or 24-hour psychiatric care. If another level of care would better support your needs, we'll help connect you with appropriate resources.
MEET THE TEAM

Whole-person care begins with an interdisciplinary team.

Healing looks different for every person. Our team brings together expertise in psychotherapy, integrative mental health, nervous system regulation, Ayurveda, yoga therapy, and expressive approaches to healing.

INVESTMENT

Investing in your healing.

Seeking treatment is a significant decision, and we believe financial conversations should be clear, transparent, and free of surprises. The I-EOP is designed as a partial self-pay, partial insurance program, making comprehensive treatment more accessible.

If You Have In-Network Insurance

Estimated Total Out-of-Pocket Investment: Approximately $1,200. Your insurance covers a portion of the program. Before you enroll, we'll verify your insurance benefits, explain your coverage, and review any anticipated out-of-pocket costs so you know exactly what to expect.

Self-Pay or Out-of-Network?

We also welcome participants who do not have in-network insurance. We'll provide a personalized quote based on your situation and can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We accept most major commercial insurance plans in Colorado. Medicare is not currently accepted. Contact us to verify your benefits and coverage.
