Panchakarma is a fully customized healing experience lasting between 3-21 days. Our approach is trauma-informed and integrates Ayurvedic therapies with yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) to facilitate deep healing. The process is divided into three vital stages:
Poorva Karma
Prepares the body through dietary adjustments and herbal protocols to loosen toxins.
Pradhan Karma
Hands-on Panchakarma therapies, including Ayurvedic massage, herbal steam, Shirodhara, and purification treatments.
Paschat Karma
Post-treatment integration, including dietary reintegration, herbal rejuvenation, and lifestyle adjustments for lasting benefits.
Panchakarma is used to address various health concerns, including chronic pain, digestive imbalances, anxiety, depression, inflammatory conditions, chronic fatigue, thyroid health, neuromuscular disorders, and trauma recovery. It is also highly recommended for fertility preparation and general rejuvenation. Even those in good health can benefit, as Ayurveda recognizes that imbalances begin in subtle ways before manifesting as diagnosable disease.
